Made with a blend of white flour (60%), soaked cracked rye grains (40%) and dark rye sourdough culture, this naturally fermented loaf has a moist, chewy crumb and a crisp, golden brown crust. The combination of two flours allows for excellent structure, while the rye flour brings a complex flavour and delightful softness. An excellent choice if you are craving a scrumptious BLT or an egg salad sandwich topped with crispy romaine.
