A miche is a large, rustic sourdough loaf that owes its incredible flavour to a lengthy preferment, long fermentation and a mix premium ingredients (63% white flour, 30% red fife). To add our own twist we’ve incorporated cornmeal porridge to create a creamy like crumb. Thanks to its impressive size, distinct dark caramelized crust and open crumb it is widely considered the perfect bread for gatherings around the dinner table or for showcasing at parties.
