Made from a blend of our regular whole wheat flour (65%), Marquis flour (35%) and kissed with a touch of rye, the peasant loaf is slowly fermented overnight to reach its full flavour potential. This European style bread offers a moderate sour flavour with a delightfully tender crumb that is an excellent vehicle for a hearty sandwiches and mouth-watering French tartines.
