Our artisan jams are made with local fruit, fresh lemon juice, and non-GMO pure cane sugar. They are cooked in small batches as quickly as possible - each batch from five to 20 minutes - to seize the pure flavour of the fruit and keep its intensely fresh taste.
Our artisan jams are always fruit forward, and are never over-sweetened. The sugar we use is from a Canadian refinery that does not use animal by-products, so our preserves are vegan!
We use fresh lemon juice - no added preservatives like ascorbic acid, a synthetic vitamin which is usually derived from genetically modified corn. We don't use food colouring either - the bright and shiny colour of our preserves comes from cooking them as quickly as possible in very small batches.
